We had a fantastic time and really valued the experience! Fran was excellent and seemed to have a story about everything we drove by, and Steve was chiming in with anecdotes that made it all feel very personal and not anything we could've gotten on a coach tour. It was probably the best city tour we've ever been on, and was very much tailored to our needs and wants. They also stayed in great contact with us throughout and checked up on us after.
